WRA's Construction Management Services Group of Virginia for being selected as the prime consultant for the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) Culpeper Districtwide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services contract. With this win, WRA achieves a milestone in securing their first Districtwide CEI contract with VDOT as a prime consultant.

Kevin Williams and Rod Hill, along with representatives from English Construction and the City of Lynchburg, will be presenting, "Lessons Learned: Tuning Up 'The Hill City' – Lynchburg’s Downtown Utility and Streetscape’s Project" at the upcoming APWA Mid-Atlantic Annual Conference and Equipment Show.

WRA's modeling and data collection team is spending the week collecting information on travel behavior and travel patterns in Grand Cayman. This effort will support the development of a state-of-the-art travel demand and operations model for the national roads authority.

Fifty-two WRA employees, family members and friends celebrated on March 16th at Baltimore’s St. Patrick’s Day 5K! This is the second year that the Baltimore Road Runners Club (BRRC) has hosted the race, which took place in nearby Patterson Park.

We are pleased to welcome Tim Cotter, PE, CQM as a Senior Construction Manager in our Construction Management Group, a position he accepted after over 38 years of managing various planning, design and construction programs for the Federal Government. Tim recently retired from the USACE Baltimore District where for the past nine (9) years, he served as Aberdeen Proving Ground’s (APG) Supervisory Engineer and Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
