SHA Facilities Management Division- CMI Services (CMI). Maryland.

Since 2007, as part of a statewide contract to provide on-call, comprehensive AE/CMI services to the SHA Facilities Management Division (FMD), WRA has been providing comprehensive construction management and inspection services for statewide construction contracts involving building renovations, HVAC and mechanical/electrical upgrades as well as new maintenance facility capital projects including maintenance shops, administration buildings and salt barns. CMI task assignments have included both inspection tasks for specific FMD capital projects and general CM tasks requiring specialized expertise (e.g. Constructability Reviews, CPM Schedule Reviews, Cost Estimating and Claims Support). Our building construction inspectors have specialized expertise related to vertical construction and where specialized trade expertise is required (e.g. State of Maryland certified electrical or mechanical inspectors) we provide these services under a separate task order set up for specialized inspections including IBC Special Inspections.
