North County Depot – Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. Montgomery County, Maryland.
WRA designed a 45 acre campus including 165,000 square feet in multiple buildings to serve the Ride-On Bus program and highway services for Montgomery County, Maryland.
Environmental due diligence conducted by WRA revealed that historical land uses included landfill practices at the site. In concert with the geotechnical subsurface investigations performed for the site development, WRA let multi-media sampling and prepared a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment to evaluate the extent of contaminants in subsurface soils and groundwater resulting from the landfill materials.
