WRA Welcomes Jenni Slacum.
WRA welcomes Jenni Slacum, PWS, QP to our Environmental team as an Associate. She brings over 22 years of experience in conducting and managing natural resource studies (wetland delineations/protected species/forest conservation), environmental permitting, environmental restoration, and NEPA compliance for major public infrastructure improvement projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Previous roles included Environmental Permit Manager and Regulatory Lead for complex design-build transportation, water/sewer, commercial, defense, and ecological restoration projects. During her time with MDE, she served as Project Manager for the Water and Science Administration – Tidal Wetlands Division and as a Consultant Reviewer. She has also served as Project Manager for MDOT SHA-OED.
Jenni will be supporting our environmental and permitting work firm-wide from our Baltimore office.
