Community Engagement Plan.
Howard County received a record 27 National Association of Counties Achievement Awards for their Community Engagement Plan for Transportation Projects. Leah Kacanda, WRA Planner, did a fantastic job leading this effort, supported by County staff across multiple departments as well as subconsultant Mahan Rykiel Associates.
