WRA Welcomes Terry Hall and Opens Jacksonville Office.
WRA is pleased to welcome Terry Hall and announce the opening of its newest office in Jacksonville, Florida.
Terry brings over 19 years of experience in the design and management of a wide variety of transportation projects, and has served the Florida transportation market for the last 14 years. He has a proven track record of providing high quality structural design and specialized design-build owner’s representative services to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and local agencies. Terry, Regional Transportation Lead, will direct our transportation services and support growth opportunities for WRA’s transportation practice in Florida, as well as throughout WRA’s market areas.
