El-Gazairly to Present to ASNT.
Loai F. El-Gazairly, Ph.D., P.E, Associate will present at the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) in Richmond, Virginia on May 20, 2019. He will explain the retrofit and rehabilitation of the I-64 twin delta frame bridges over Maury River and Kerr’s Creek, Rockbridge County, Virginia, which were completed in 2017.
