WRA’s Landscape Architects and Planners recently developed a masterplan for Dover Park located in the City of Dover, DE.
The design process included an intense three-day charrette where WRA worked closely with city and community stakeholders to develop alternatives for short-term and long-term improvements to the park. Two masterplan concepts were developed that focused on passive and active recreation activities and enhancement of the parks natural resources.
