WRA Welcomes Rob Miller.
Rob Miller, Associate, has joined WRA to grow our Bridge Group in central and eastern Pennsylvania. He has 25 years of project management and conceptual, preliminary, and final design experience in steel and concrete bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structures. In addition to design for rehabilitation and new structures, his background includes performing design reviews for owners, bridge inspection, and resolving transportation issues related to Marcellus Shale.
Throughout the majority of his career, Rob has designed structures for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and worked on design-build projects for the Georgia DOT.
