WRA Welcomes Brad Myers.

Brad has spent the past 14 years with the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration. His most recent assignment was as the Construction, Operations and Maintenance Manager for the 9 billion dollar I-495 and I-270 P3 program. Prior to that he spent 5 years in maintenance as the Resident Engineer managing Carroll County highway operations and as the District Operations Engineer for the District 5 Maintenance team. Brad worked in the Office of the Deputy Administrator/Chief Engineer for Operations where he spent over four years as a Program Manager responsible for statewide implementation of capital system preservation and roadway improvement projects. He started his career at MDOT SHA in the Office of Materials Technology as a Quality Assurance Engineer providing field inspection support on construction projects and as a materials certification Instructor. Following this, he managed crews conducting geotechnical drilling, pavement data collection, and bridge condition surveys. Brad started his professional career in the US Army and spent 2 years active duty before spending 4 years in the reserves.
