WRA Awarded Fifth Consecutive TAP Contract.
WRA is thrilled to be selected for our fifth consecutive Transportation Alternatives Program contract for the Delaware Department of Transportation! Under this program we have supported DelDOT’s pedestrian and bicycle programs and implemented more than 30 walking, bicycling, streetscape, trail, and related projects.
