Jennifer Sanford-Caples is Elected to Board of Directors .
Jennifer Sanford-Caples, responsible for Business Development for WRA in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina, has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Public Works Association. She was elected and sworn in during the group’s mid-Atlantic conference and will serve for a term of two years. The APWA, chartered in 1938, is an international educational and professional association of public agencies, private sector companies and individuals dedicated to providing high quality public works goods and services. The APWA is the largest organization of its kind in the world, with more than 26,000 members and 67 chapters.
