Jeff Riegner is the New Complete Streets Coalition Chair.
Jeff Riegner was recently appointed to be the new Complete Streets Coalition Chair. Jeff is the Vice President of Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP, a professional engineer, certified planner, and professional traffic operations engineer with over 30 years of expertise in transportation and land use consulting. Jeff's experience varies from large-scale planning and NEPA studies, to the planning and design of transportation infrastructure for walking, bicycling, taking public transportation, and driving.
According Smart Growth America, "Jeff currently represents The Institute of Traffic Engineers (ITE) on the coalition's steering committee and has been a steering committee member and workshop instructor since 2011. His Complete Streets expertise spans more than 20 states and includes policy formation, policy implementation strategies, regional and project-scale planning, project design, and technical assistance."
