WRA Awarded $5M Construction Management Contract.
WRA was recently awarded its 3rd consecutive CMI services contract with the City of Baltimore’s Department of Public Works - $5 million / 4-year On-call Construction Project Management Services. The City’s Board of Estimates approved the contract on August 29th and task assignments will commence later this year.
To date WRA and its team subconsultants- Albrecht Engineering, Bryant & Associates, Ross Technical Services, DM Enterprises, Environ-Civil Engineering, Kumi Construction Management and Shah & Associates have provided services on over 30 individual CMI task assignments for $250 million in constructed DPW water and wastewater facilities and water/sewer infrastructure improvements.
