Kelly Ambrose Named President of ASCE MD Section.
Kelly Ambrose, in the Bridge Group, was named President of ASCE Maryland Section. Kelly has been an active member since 2012 and served as the co-chair of the Younger Member Group, the Younger Member appointed Director on the Board in 2015-2016, Director in 2017-2018, and Secretary for the past two years.
