Transportation and Environmental Sectors Expand.

Richmond, VA - The expansion of our Transportation and Environmental capabilities is to meet the needs of our diversified client base. The six Virginia offices throughout the Commonwealth are pleased to welcome our new hires.

Erin P. Donovan P.E. joins the WRA team as an Associate in the Transportation Department. With over 16 years of experience on a variety of transportation and land development projects serving both the public and private sectors, Erin brings a strong understanding of the overall project process, including project management, design engineering, staff supervision, client delivery method and design-build projects.
 
Brandon Steele, P.E. joins WRA as an Associate in the Transportation Department. With over 17 years of experience in the design of transportation and civil engineering projects, he possesses unique experience in delivering large municipal projects for local government agencies.
 
Kimberly Glinkin, PP, AICP, LEED joins the WRA team as an Associate in the Environmental Department. With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager and Community Planner, Kimberly brings experience as a project
manager, adept at leading teams to complete environmental analyses for major highway, transit, and federal building projects.
 
Joshua D. Kozlowski joins WRA as an Senior Project Environmental Scientist/Planner in the Environmental Department. With over 16 years of experience performing and managing Environmental studies for transportation projects, Joshua brings well rounded experience in many environmental fields, specializing in transportation noise and GIS.
 
Laurel C. Williams joins the WRA team as a Sr. Environmental Scientist in the Environmental Department. With over 12 years of experience, Laurel brings strong experience with Clean Water Act permitting, wetland delineation and stream ecology.
